Cancel a subscription

On your iPhone open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, then Vream. You can also get there from Settings inside Vream. You keep access until the period you paid for ends.

Refunds

We do not give refunds. Apple takes every payment, so any request goes to Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com, and Apple decides.

Restore a subscription

Sign in with the same Apple ID, then open Settings in Vream and tap Restore purchases.

Delete your account

In Vream, tap the Vream name at the top of the first screen, then Delete account. Everything goes right away: your recordings, Polaroids, readings, conversations and shared pages. Cancel your subscription first, because deleting your account does not cancel it.

Stop sharing a dream

Open the dream or its reading, tap the share button, then Stop sharing.
